Description
White Peppercorns are, in fact, Black Peppercorns with the outer skin removed. However, bear in mind that they differ both in taste and aroma.White pepper has a milder taste than black pepper and adds a unique bite, both as a condiment and a seasoning. This delicious spice is particularly useful in the seasoning of light coloured foods: a peppery kick is achievable without unsightly specs of the black skin in a sauce, mashed potatoes egg dishes and so on.
