|Keema Curry Mix
Serves 6-8 persons.
Beef/Mutton 1kg, minced
Onions – 3 medium and finely sliced
Garlic Paste, 1-2 tbsps
Ginger Paste, 1-2 tbsps
Green Chillies, 3/4, finely chopped
Fresh Coriander, 2 tbsps, chopped
Tomatoes, 2, sliced
Balsara’s Keema Mix, mix with 1½ cup water
• Heat oil and fry onions until transparent, add garlic and ginger paste, minced meat and Balsara’s Keema Mix, and stir-fry until liquid almost dried.
• Add tomatoes, and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat until minced meat is tender.
• Add green chillies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates from the gravy, stirring continuously.
• Serve with hot Roti or Naans.
