Shipping

Due to the exceptional number of orders we are currently receiving, orders are currently being sent from our warehouse 3-7 working days after being placed. All parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st class or by courier Monday to Friday. If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days of placement, please contact us at sales@balsarafoods.com with your Name, Order Number,  Phone Number, and  Delivery address  or Call us on 07429867333. Please do not leave Voicemail.

Overseas Orders

COVID-19: All International/Overseas shipping is currently delayed for 20 days and tracking will be updated via Email.

Returns  and Cancellations:

We offer a 7 days money back guarantee on all goods, the order should be returned in the same condition as when we shipped them to you. If the goods are faulty, or not what was ordered, we will refund your postage.

Customer will be paying for the postage if the order is no more needed. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us sales@balsarafoods.com with your Name, Order Number, Phone Number, and Delivery address or Call us on 07429867333. Please do not leave Voicemail.

If the goods have already been dispatched prior to us receiving your instruction to cancel, you have a legal obligation to retain possession and take reasonable care of them. If the goods aren’t faulty you’ll be responsible for the return postage costs. Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued.
