Our natural Liquorice Root Sticks is aromatic and packs a punch in savoury dishes such as curries, drinks and sweet dishes. Liquorice sticks have long been sold in sweet shops for chewing puropses. They havea sweet but slightly salty flavour and a very pungent aroma. It is quite similar to aniseed and fennel in taste. Liquorice is especially tasty as an unusual addition to lamb. The flavours work together exceptionally well.
