Instant Crepe Mix (Just Add Cold Water)

The secret to perfect crepes: letting the batter rest. It gives time for flour to absorb the liquid and the gluten to relax. In other words: Your crepes will be extremely tender (not chewy).

– Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Sugar, SOYA Flour, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosp[Hate, Calcium Acid Pyrophosphate), Vegetable Oil, SOYABEAN OIL, Deztrose, Salt, BUTTERMILK Powder (0.75%), emilsifiers (Mono-Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Guar Gum.

– May Contain Traces Of BARLEY, EGGS AND NUTS.

– Add your choice of ingredients in the mix like fresh diced fruits, nuts, cinnamon or nutmeg, crumbles bacon, chopped sausage or ham
– Can Make Sweet Or Savoury Crepes.

Balsara’s Crepe Mix Water Quantity:-
100g – 160ml
200g – 295ml
250g – 360ml
500g – 445ml
1kg – 865ml
2kg – 1710ml
5kg – 4225ml

Cooking Instruction:-
1 : Heat the griddle and lightly grease the griddle.
2: Stir Balsara’s Crepe Mix and water accordingly together with a wire whisk. Bater will be slightly lumpy. (Do not over-mix) Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour the batter slightly onto griddle.
3: Cook until golden brown, turning only once.
