A favourite Indian dessert made from milk and rice. Thick & creamy, kheer is garnished with almond, pistachio and raisins and flavoured with saffron & cardamom. For 4 servings, dissolve the Basmati Rice Kheer Mix in 375ml water (or milk for a richer dessert) in a thick bottomed saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 7 minutes. Serve hot or cold. This product of India is 100% vegetarian, gluten free and is free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.
