‘- Quality Dried Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix
– Ingredients: RUSK, Dried Onion (15%), Sage (3.5%), VEGETABLE SUET, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Parsley, Colour (Malt Extract) (Barley)
– RUSK CONTAINS : Wheat Flour (Contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (Ammonium Bicarbonate)
– VEGETABLE SUE CONTAINS : Palm Oil, Wheat Flour (Contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Sunflower Oil
Water quantity according to grams:
100g will make 10 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 300ml
200g will make 20 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 600ml
250g will make 25 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 750ml
500g will make 50 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 1500ml
1kg will make 100 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 3000ml
2kg will make 200 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 6000ml
3kg will make 300 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 9000ml
5kg will make 500 portions . Water Quantity Needed : 15000ml
Cooking Instructions:
Measure the required amount of stuffing mix into a basin (see the quantity guide) and add the appropriate amount of boiling water. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for a few minutes to thicken. Use to stuff prepared meat and poultry. To bake separately: Place prepared stuffing in a greased ovenproof dish and bake at 200 degree centigrade / fan oven 180 degree centigrade / gas mark 6 for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively the stuffing can be shaped into balls before baking.
