Keema Curry Mix
Serves 6-8 persons. Beef/Mutton 1kg, minced • Heat oil and fry onions until transparent, add garlic and ginger paste, minced meat and Balsara’s Keema Mix, and stir-fry until liquid almost dried. • Add tomatoes, and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat until minced meat is tender. • Add green chillies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates from the gravy, stirring continuously. • Serve with hot Roti or Naans. |
